This is our fifth-generation hipster cut, made to sit lower on the hips with a straight waistband and a modest leg line. We build this pair in our Absorbent line for period days and overnight wear. The pack comes with three quiet neutrals: black, nude, and gray.

• Absorbent gusset panel. The multi-layer lined panel runs wide across the crotch and continues high up the back seat. We stitch the layers directly into the body of the garment so they stay flat while you sleep on your back or move around.
• Bamboo jersey body. We spin viscose from bamboo into a light, smooth jersey that stretches easily with the body. The fabric stays soft against the skin, and the bound leg openings hold their place without binding along the crease of the thigh.
• Low-rise waistband. The waistband rests squarely on the hips rather than the natural waist. It uses a low-profile elastic that stays anchored without digging in, making this pair practical under mid-rise and lower-rise trousers or lounge pants.
• Rinse and line wash. Rinse the pair in cold water after wearing it on heavier cycle days, then wash it with your regular laundry cycle. Hang the underwear to line dry so the stitched absorbent layers retain their shape over repeated washings.
