Underwear is personal, and a first order is sometimes a guess. Here is how to make it a short one.

Before you order

Measure the widest part of your hip and check the size chart on the product page at our retail partner’s store; charts there are per-style and current. Between sizes, most wearers go up: the fabric hugs, and the working layers sit closer that way.

If the size missed

Returns and exchanges run through our retail partner, under the return policy shown on your order page. Start from the order in your partner account, pick the pair, and follow their steps; the policy on their page is the binding one.

A note from the sewing room

Tell us what missed: waist, hip, rise or leg. Two lines of feedback and your usual size genuinely steer what we adjust next season.
