Paper mail and office hours

Letters reach us there, and the desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern. Worth knowing before you address a parcel: it is a desk with a mailbox, not a store. There is no rack to browse and no fitting room, and orders still travel through our retail partner.

When to ask our retail partner instead

Anything about a placed order lives with our retail partner: payment, delivery timing, tracking and returns. Their order page has the up-to-date status and the buttons that actually move a parcel; we cannot see individual orders from here.
