Paper mail and office hours

Letters reach us there, and the desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern. Worth knowing before you address a parcel: it is a desk with a mailbox, not a store. There is no rack to browse and no fitting room.

What our inbox cannot answer

Anything about a placed order lives on the shop page it was placed from: payment, delivery timing, tracking and anything sent back. That order page carries the current status and the buttons that actually move a parcel. We cannot see individual orders from here, so a letter to us would only lose you a day.
